Allan, thanks for visiting my blog, your comment there brought me here. All I can say is "wow". Bastiat seems to be an island of sanity. I especially will be giving a lot of thought to "Do not be more dedicated to your country than your country is dedicated to you," in the context of the importance of the "netcohort". And I'm truly pleased to see the SiteSell materials used there, it enforces my own belief in their value.
Kudos on an awesome school. I myself graduated from The Evergreen State College, another island.
And as for the contents of my blog post, which you labeled "a bit over the top", perhaps it was just the wording. But in my mind it conveys the essence of Jesus's message, that the next time he will come within us all, in a secular way.
At any rate, as you said, it's better to shoot high. Most importantly, your thoughts have power, so use them well. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and your links to that wonderful school.
